A full reflexology treatment, with the added benefit of using my heated, smooth and iron rich basalt stones.

The warmth from these stones penetrates deeper into your foot reflexes than my fingers and thumbs are able to. Therefore work on your reflexes is more effective and can allow you to enter a deeper state of relaxation.

Hot stones have a sedative effect on the nervous system, giving a comforting and soothing effect. If required, we can also use the stones cold for a refreshing and invigorating action.
