Within these pages I hope to convey my passion for natural therapies and how these may be able to help you.

My own healing journey began 22 years ago when I was ill and subsequently given a diagnosis of M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, or also sometimes known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). To be honest at the time if there had been a prescription I could have taken I would have. The condition was debilitating and I was desperate to be well again. But nothing, at the time, was prescribed for M.E. Therein started my investigation into natural remedies. Beginning with Juice Therapy, the Lightening Process Course and Reflexology, all of which have helped me immensely.

 

It was only natural to follow on and become trained in two of these to allow me to follow my passion and help others.  in June 2016 I successfully completed Jason Vale's

Natural Juice Therapy Course.

In October 2019 I was delighted to achieve a Distinction in the Level 3 Reflexology Diploma, graduating from the highly accredited Devon School of Reflexology. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR, MAR).

​

I started my first Reiki training in 2016, practicing Reiki and attaining my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2.   2024 was the year that I undertook and successfully completed my

Reiki Masters Course will Annabel Fox.
